I cant submit my picture of my character into the character art folder, it wont allow me...so im just going to post it in featured, and you can put it into the correct folder
Is it ok if we submit an artwork that has been made using a base?as long as we give the base owner the necessary credit?

That is perfectly fine. If you use a base that you cannot seem to find the original author, then please state that you were not the one who made the base .
